  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Douglas Connection ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Douglas Connection may ship merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  

    Free USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate or 1st class shipping (if it fits it shipps free) is automatically applied to orders with a merchandise total of $199 or more, after any other discounts and before shipping, handling, and taxes are added. Offer subject to change or expiration at any time at the discretion of Douglas Connection. Free shipping method is at the discretion of Douglas Connection.

    In stock items ordered Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will usually be shipped the following business day. Barring events beyond our control, such as severe weather, your order would be expected to arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that there are some areas of the country that may take longer to service. Custom cable orders are subject to longer shipping time. Special order and out of stock items will take longer to ship. If you have any questions about the expected date for shipment of your cable order, special order items, or out of stock items, please contact us.

    We may require a signature upon delivery.  If you or someone else is not available to sign for your package, please make arrangements to have your package delivered or picked up in a timely manner.  Any orders returned to us as undeliverable, or not picked up, may incur additional shipping charges.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Douglas Connection reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.  Any return must be approved by us, and a Return Authorization received by you before you ship. You are responsible for any shipping charges to return products to us. You must send a tracking number to us and include the return authorization number in that message.  In your best interest, we suggest you insure your return, because if we do not receive your return or it is damaged in shipment, there will be no refund.  Any returns must be received by us in un-used new condition, or in the case of used equipment be returned in the same condition it was in when we sold it to you.  If Your return is not received by us in the condition described, you will not recieve a refund.  There will be a 20% restocking charge deducted from any refund.  Shipping charges to you will also be deducted from your refund.  This policy also applies to refused, undeliverable and failed delivery attempts returns.
